Step 1: Choose a thermostat
With a thermostat, you operate the central heating boiler and regulate the heating and comfort in your home. At Benny CV, you can choose from three different thermostats. Would you prefer to use your current thermostat? Then you will receive a €100 discount.
Step 2: Underfloor heating
An Intergas central heating boiler is suitable for any underfloor heating, but an additional two-way valve set is required for this. This ensures proper coordination with the room thermostat. Do you not have underfloor heating? Then leave the default setting.
Step 3: SpiroCombi MB3 air/dirt separator
Do you want to save up to €70 per year on energy, enjoy greater heating comfort, and extend the lifespan of your central heating boiler? Then choose an air and dirt separator from Spirotech. A central heating system with clean water is less prone to malfunctions and allows the pump to operate more efficiently, which reduces power consumption. Moreover, an air-free system ensures optimal heat output and quiet radiators. The SpiroCombi MB3 air and dirt separator is approximately 31 cm high.
Step 4: Service subscription
At Benny CV, every customer automatically takes out an all-in service subscription. This subscription has a minimum term of two years and can extend for up to 15 years. It offers a full warranty on the central heating boiler, including maintenance. We perform the first maintenance after 18 months.
Step 5: Standard installation
Prices at Benny CV include VAT and a standard installation by a CO-certified installer. We replace the high-efficiency boiler with a new one, including replacing all connection valves under the boiler and the expansion vessel (red). A new thermostat is also included in the standard installation. €50 discount for deferred installation. Are you in no hurry to replace your central heating boiler? Choose a deferred installation and receive a €50 discount. We will then come and install the new boiler in April or May 2025.
Step 6: Flue gas discharge
Every central heating boiler must be connected to a flue. In principle, a flue older than 5 years must be replaced when installing a new central heating boiler. The installer ultimately determines whether replacement is necessary. The additional cost for replacing the flue in a standard situation is €180. This applies when the duct above the boiler passes through the roof or wall to the outside within one meter. If this is not the case, or if the flue gas has to travel upwards through multiple floors, a separate, tailored quotation will be prepared.
